I am so glad my husband and I attended Zoe’s in person hypnobirthing weekend course. Zoe has such a warm, calming energy. I really couldn’t have wished for a better teacher and I am so grateful for the knowledge she shared, along with breathing and visualisation practices which are helping me trust the process and my body more. Would highly recommend the course!
We just took part in Zoe’s weekend course at the Sunflower Centre. I really loved every second - I’m now approaching my labour a lot more confident, dare I say excited and most importantly calm. I highly recommend!
Zoe’s hypnobirthing class was fantastic. Hypnobirthing was hugely helpful during my labour, helping to keep me calm. I also listened to Zoe’s recorded reading of "Statements for a Positive Birth" every night before bed, which helped to put me in a really good mindset (not to mention drift off into a peaceful sleep, which was really difficult towards the end of pregnancy!). Highly recommend.
We managed to have a water birth at home as planned and really believe this hypnobirthing course helped hugely. We practiced the relaxations and breaths every evening (only missing a day here and there, but rarely) after having tweaked the script provided by Zoe, it was a really lovely routine for my husband and I during the second half of the pregnancy. Would highly recommend Zoe and this course. I was a bit sceptical of hypnobirthing before hand, but it was such a helpful course, to understand more about birth and how to prepare for a positive experience, whatever that looks like. Both me and my husband took so much from it and really enjoyed it, and he left feeling like he knew what he could do to help during birth, which was really important to us both. Thanks so much Zoe!
