I had been suffering with work related anxiety for some time. The anxiety was starting to cloud many aspects of life. I would recommend suspending any doubts about hypnotherapy it really does help. If you are struggling give it a go. I found Claire easy to talk to and her voice was calming and reassuring. The sessions helped me manage the stress triggers and see problems from a different perspective.
Claire has been brilliant, she is both knowledgeable and very understanding.

Claire has helped me navigate extreme and chronic sadness and given me tools to address debilitating anxiety. Claire’s shares her teachings, to help navigate the human condition including the workings of the brain and its physical effects, with such grace and kindness. I am so grateful to Claire for helping me find some peace, and an assist to live in the now.
