Terrible surgery!! - you can't go in and talk to anyone, you can't walk in and make an appointment, when you do ring you are left waiting for someone to then tell you to use PATCH's - the worst system ever! (and only good if you have internet!!) Have waited nearly 3 weeks for a face to face appointment for it to be cancelled by the surgery, when trying to re-arrange the one that they have re-booked I have been told it would be another 4 weeks!!
