SO! Humerously, my son and I had been wanting to try The Human Bean on Pendleton Pike for quite some time and chose TODAY! Well, the hubby decided to drive! LOL 😆 We definitely looked like the newbies!!! Amazing coffee and very friendly people!
I've been here a handful of times now and the service aspect of things is just not there. Every time I go and order I have to repeat myself (I order a muddy and a Mexi the way they come) because they inevitably never hear the second drink correctly. Today with no other cars in the drive thru after repeating my order twice they still handed me the wrong coffee. So then I had to sit and wait for the right one to be made as well.
