About this business
With a passion for creating happy people and our love of coffee, we opened our first drive-thru espresso stand in Ashland Oregon in 1998. The demand for convenient, quality coffee & espresso grew and soon after opening our original location in Ashland, we expanded to surrounding cities in Southern Oregon. The Human Bean quickly established a reputation for having friendly and experienced baristas and offering the highest quality ingredients.

I am a frequent visitor to this location because I like Human Bean fruit smoothies. Today, I decided to try a caramel granita. I ordered the drink, took a few sips, and walked up to the window to ask if the drink contained milk. The person at the drive-thru window said yes. I asked if they could remake the drink with oat milk, as I am allergic to milk. They said they could remake the drink but would have to charge me the full price since it was a new drink. Super cute and efficient coffee drive thru. I like supporting the smaller places. They give you a chocolate covered espresso bean with every order. The breakfast sandwiches were also tasty.

I I've been coming here every Sunday for months. And the service was perfect. This time . The coffee was way to strong and I got English muffin sausage egg and cheese instead of... Sausage egg and cheese with croissant. And I think the prices were raised.
