Dan was very professional and found things in plain sight that I had missed. The only thing I had a problem with was the cost. I felt it was a bit high for the service preformed. But I have to say it helped me make an informed decission.

Im just disapointed it wouldn't let me give any higher than a five. Dan has seen more of the house than the people who built it. He was extremely thorough, and detail oriented. I would and have already recommended The House Scout to my friends, and trust him enough to reffer Dan to my family members when they need an inspection.
My experience with Dan was very satisfactory. He arrived early. The house was built in 1968 and maintenance on the house had not been done. This house has lots of issues. During the process of the inspection he explained what he was seeing. If I had any specific concerns, he addressed them. He seemed to appreciate that I showed interest in the inspection. Dan our inspector was great very professional and excellent suggestions. Very thorough in his inspection and covered the area I ask for. You would never go wrong with Dan being very open and honest.

Dan was very courteous, prompt and professional. He did the inspection on short notice and his report was completed that evening. The price was comparable to other inspectors.
