Electrics went on my Hot Tub and needed it fixed asap so gave Jamie a call which he answered straight away and made a few calls to free up time to come straight over to have a look at the problem. Problem was diagnosed and had the part needed on his van and hot tub was fixed within 2 hours of phoning Jamie. That is what I call 10* service. Fast, efficient and above all a really decent guy
10 out of 10. Absolutely superb service. I inherited my first hot tub and needed help to make sure it was safe, clean and running well. Jamie went above and beyond, helping me move the tub to the right position, he checked everything was working properly, cleaned all the pipes, changed all the filters etc. He then spent time patiently educating me (a complete novice!) about proper maintenance going forward (how to fill and drain, balance the PH levels, add the right amount of chlorine, keep it clean etc). Jamie provides a great service maintaining the hot tub for our guesthouse. He’s friendly and reliable, and always leaves the tub ready to go and well cared for! He’s great at accommodating last minute visits when there has been a last minute need, thanks Jamie for the great continued service!
Great company. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jamie at The Hot Tub Man, if you’re looking to buy a hot tub or looking for a hot tub service or repair. They’ve always been very efficient, professional and their prices are very competitive for chemicals and when we purchased our hot tub. It was a comparative price to others that we looked at but much better quality
