Needed a new lid for our hot tub and called in to see Brian. He could not have been more helpful. Knew exactly what lid we needed and ordered it there and then. Was delivered today and is on the hot tub. Looks great.
I'm not surprised by my 5* review. From the outset Brian was very communicative and very friendly. One of the best contractor experiences we've had. Brian, Connor and Al were amazing. They were efficient, they were effective and they cleaned up after them. What else can you ask for. Well done and highly recommended.
Got an upgrade from an inflatable to an ocean 3....just hit upon the Hot Tub factory by chance and it has totally been a great experience.... Brian Connor and Alex have been brilliant....very knowledgeable and experienced...would recommend without reservation.....
