Charging £160 for a medical certificate is daylight robbery. Also refuse do to anything but a phone call for the first appointment. Registering is a nightmare "only between 2pm and 4pm on a Tuesday" what?
I had been a practice member for nearly 20 years with no issue. A family member with mental health issues went to them for help and he was treated appallingly - they took no account of his condition and the struggles he has to interact with people. They threw him off the practice for daring to show all the symptoms of the mental health condition he suffers from. In one case he ended up feeling suicidal after a mental health nurse appointment. Dr. Diamond is very informative and precise in her diagnosis. Highly recommended
I had a very disappointing experience at this medical practice. When I came in to deliver a sample, the receptionist (Sharon) was rude, impatient, and spoke to me in a dismissive tone. I called a bit later to express how uncomfortable she made me feel, but there was no apology or concern, just a cold “speak to the manager.” I understand that reception can be busy, but basic respect and professionalism should always be the standard in a healthcare setting. Unfortunately, that was completely lacking in this interaction.
This is a Very Good Surgery The thing is that (Like most Surgery's now) it's hard to get a proper appointment to see a doctor in the surgery..
