I had first had reason to visit Honor Oak Wellness Rooms some two years ago. Being a keen racing cyclist for many years i had developed backpain to the extent that i couldn't even turn the pedal anymore let alone ride a bike. I was scheduled to see Simon and was concerned as to what the problem and diagnosis could be.
