Roger Bowley, the operations manager, has been harassing me and accusing me of things. He has been doing this while at work. I urge everyone to stay away from the Somersworth Home Depot
I will never order anything from this place again I ordered my appliances from them they double charged me then only dropped half of them off. The people at the store are clueless!
Jerry, in the hardware depot was extremely helpful, and showed me the steps needed to use the product I bought!
I will NEVER order anything online again from Home Depot back and fourth from store to phone and only gives me a 10 percent discount after an HOUR on the phone and 2 different trips to the store. Horrible experience! And STILL didn't get my merchandise, have to wait a week!
Can honestly see why they only have 54 likes. Most rude, incompetent sales staff in flooring. Called store manager who was completely fine with the fact that her staff quoted me 3 different prices for the same room and carpet. BUYER BEWARE!!!!
