Managers wont give you their names. I had a complaint about a manager and they sent that manager to handle the complaint. Then he told the cashier I was not welcome to buy my items. I was frustrated and then two other managers came down and looked like they were going to forcefully remove me and refused to take the complaint I had against the other manager. If I was a white man, I would have never been treated this way.

I went to the Portsmouth Home Depo 3 weeks ago to get slats cut for my antique bed and the older gentleman I felt with just for the life of him could not help even though I told him exactly what I needed quoting me $70. get two solid pieces of wood to fit the frame. Next day to went to Somersworth location to the wood cutting area and explained what I was looking for to sales associate Zack and with 5 minutes he had my slats cut for the cheapest price possible.
