Very good have all things I need for my house.
Failed to deliver correct model washer and dryer and will not allow me to return the ones I was given. Nobody is ever available by phone or in person. Will not be shopping there again.
Contracted them to replace my roof. Will never use them again as they’ve failed to live up to their promises. Gave a $3000 down payment in December and still haven’t seen anyone even attempt to begin the installation. For a $15,000 roof I would expect someone at least to return my calls. Have contacted customer service three times, they’ve promised a return call within 24 hours each time and no one ever returned any calls. Customer service sucks! Hope you don’t need help, because you won’t get it in this store! Employees on their phones, or talking with each other. Next time we will check out Lowe’s.
I just waited in line for 25 minutes to get paint made up, some guy goes to the counter and the man making the paint orders just goes and helps him?? I’ve been standing here for 25 minutes and not to watch you make everyone else’s paint but mine, needless to say they lost my business and I’ll be getting my paint somewhere else
I wish there was a 1 rating. Do not order appliances from this store. My first appliance delivery (refrigerator) had to be rejected due to not fitting despite associate saying it would. Associate then told me 5-7 business days for refund, it actually took 3 weeks and me going to the store 3 separate occasions to get it resolved. I then ordered a replacement appliance (refrigerator) and set up delivery date. I ordered a dishwasher from there and the guy showed up left our house destroyed, water on the floor, wet insulation, stuff all over the floor AND then told us he needed another part and wouldn't be back till Friday this was on Monday AND left our current dishwasher unplugged so now we have no dishwasher for 4 days.
Huge shout out to Kevin in appliances. He’s a rare find and has helped me several times with anything from returns to special orders. He’s a special kind of awesome and I will not work with anyone else (including Home Depot online). Thanks for everything Kevin! My shower door got returned in one piece and my new door is on its way!
