Nothing like spending $1000 on matierals, only to have to wait 45 minutes and counting for them to find a lift in a warehouse store to get my door down. Manager Doug was very helpful, giving me all of two minutes of his time to let me know that they finally found a lift for my door after a 15 minute wait. It just really makes you feel like a valuable customer, but I guess that's just the corporate mindset at Home Depot. Thanks Home Depot.
