Love this place love the staff. Always helpful finding what I need
My initial service was great. Delivery set up for Thursday yet the 3rd party delivery people obviously didn't want to work. They never took the refrigerator off the truck or out of the box. Now I'm out of a refrigerator for another week & plans are spoiled because of. The store manager Troy tried to get me an immediate delivery but again your 3rd party delivery company does what they want. Very disappointed & wasted a lot of money because I don't have a refrigerator.
7/15/17 I purchased a Tropical Umbrella Plant. I noticed there was a small spot on one leave, but days afterwards the discoloration spead to other nearby leaves. Many leaves turned dark brown and were lost. I took pictures before and after I decided to cut the diseased stems off of the plant. In an effort to advoid any inconvenience I figure to bring the diseased stems and pictures on my phone with me into the store. I am very disappointed at the service my husband and I received with kitchen countertops. We placed an order over a month ago. The company came out and measured within a week. We were told we would receive our countertops in two weeks. Four weeks later and we still don't have countertops. Here we found out it's not even the company's fault. It is Home Depots fault.
