We went to Home Depot to get a plumber to fix a leaky faucet. Someone Named Cory from Steigelman Son's Construction called and said he would be out on Sunday to look at our problem. When Sunday came he called and said he had an emergency and would be out Monday. He never showed up on Monday and hr didn't call to cancel or offer an explanation. My wife called him and emailed him but he never returned the phone call or the email. Thanks to a friend we found a reputable plumber who came out and completed the job in a few hours.... read more
Waited in the "online pick up" area and called the Home Depot as directed and no one picked up. I ended up buying what I needed at a smaller hardware store. Nothing online that allows you to cancel. I've been on the phone for 45 minutes WAITING trying to cancel an online order. 45 minutes later and I have a person from another country who barely understands me. I just hope the cancellation went through.

This store is not answering the phone right now, and there's no option to contact them here or on their website. I've been calling for two days about an order I placed for pickup almost a week ago. I don't mind when things are slow and crazy, especially now, but I've made zero progress since I was told it would be ready in 2 or 3 hours almost five days ago...

My husband and I signed a contract in May of 2018 the work didn’t get done until September of 2018 because they don’t have any luck with contractors who are licensed in Philadephia . $13,000.00 and already a piece of the siding has separated in October of this year. 9/16/19 I was there earlier about 5/5:30pm . I asked 3-4 different Associates for help. Then the last guy,I asked he was supposed to be getting me help. I heard an Associate page a female to a Department, but not sure if it was for me. I had to ask a customer for HELP! THAT IS SO SAD ON YALL PART,HOME DEPOT! AND ONE OF YOUR FEMALE ASSOCIATE'S WAS SO RUDE! I'M NEVER COMING BACK TO YOUR STORE AGAIN!
