Never usually have a problem but between shifts one guy was on lunch during the change, 2 that were there finished with the customers and made the call to whomever then left, and I needed to make a phone sale (pro services), so I had to wait 15mins before going to customer service which took about another 10-15 of them calling him and then finally taking me.
