Had a great time at the Killeen Home Depot. Staff was very nice and helpful. They listened to what I had a problem with and were very eager to help me fix it.
We had a great experience there shopping for a washer and dryer set. The sales expert Courtney was more than helpful and we found the set we wanted.
just wanted to give a shout out to Manager A. Gomez and Jody for coming thru for their costumers. after the company that was supposed to come bailed out, Jody delivered our water heater and took the old one. Thank you so much gentlemen.

I would like to take time to thank Home Depot for a very special event they hosted across their chain. My son was able to go to a project build day in Texas while his cousins participated in Illinois. Being separated from family due to military service makes it hard to share expeiences. Thank you Home Depot for affording our kids an opportunity to share an experience from afar.
Every time I go to the store to purchase, just the Lumber check out is open, all other check outs are only 4 self checks. WE hate them. this is building supplies not a dime store. When we ask why no other checks out are available, we are always told they are out to lunch ??? really at 9 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon?? I think if you do not appreciate our business enough to have a trained checker, you don't need our business
Bought flooring here 2 months ago just for them to miss delivery 3 times. My husband called and they said someone would be at our house by 5, so he rushed just for us to get a call at 7. We just asked for our money back. One of the times they told us to pick it up...like no We paid for delivery!!!!!
