RecommendedI recommend they stop trying to force holidays ahead of schedule, it’s only October we don’t need Christmas decorations yet. Let’s get through Halloween and thanksgiving first.
Customer Service is very horrible.
About 9am, June 11, 2020 I contacted Home Depot, Killeen, TX because my wife ordered a smoker on 6/6/2020 from Home Depot online. It was delivered on 6/10/2020 and this morning I discovered they were having a 1 day sale for $100.00 less than she paid. The young lady at the Killeen store Customer Service listened to my question as to if they would refund the difference between what I paid last week and today's price. I needed blinds to be cut because I couldn't find anywhere local with size 21 inches. The lady back in the department helped me find the best ones for me and took time out to cut them with the biggest smile. I wish I knew her name but if she sees this she'll know who she is. Thank you for being so helpful and kind when a lot of places don't have that in them right now.
We had an emergency plumbing situation tonight & the manager Patrick & Elsie & the night time closing crew went above & beyond to help us. It’s nice to know that you can still get small town service in a larger town like Killeen. Thank you for all your hard work, especially during these difficult times!
I'd like to be able to setup a time to pickup the door I purchased.....but I've been on hold for 32 minutes and counting..twice it rings like someone might actually be available and then I'm back to listening about how you all have changed things to better serve customers. I'd rather not come in.....yall should be able to answer the phone for outside pickup setup. Now I'm going to have to come in and convince someone to help load the door.
Alan in the paint department is amazing! He helped us pick out great paint and gave us amazing recommendations! He deserves to be acknowledged if he already hasn’t been. He asked everyone in the aisles if they needed help and if he was helping someone else made sure to let us know that he would be back to check in.
Do not do in store pick up or curbside. Only 1 person working it and we were there for 30 minutes before they even took our order number. Several others went inside from being tired of waiting and got it themselves instead of waiting and got it faster than we did despite having to wait in a line to enter the building.
