Home Depot in Killeen has the worst customer service experience I have ever seen! If u can't handle your job or don't like it then I say quit! We will never do business there again and i will be calling their corporate office ASAP and may even file with the BBB!! Upset the wrong customer today! And Just FYI i gave a 0 out of 5 stars!!
Usually when you visit a a hardware store, there are employees who are somewhat knowledgeable on the products and repairs. I completely understand that not everyone will be an expert. But every time I've been to this Home Depot, every employee we ask about something has no clue. It could be something as simple as the location of an item or a service offered by the store. No cash register open all self service but they have a lot of employees walking around the store doesn't make sense
The employees were not helpful, in fact, they were down right rude. I did not find what I was coming to purchase, thus causing me to purchase the iten from another store. The item I did purchase happened to too big, but I made due with the item instead of returning it. I don't think I will be frequenting this store often. I will be going to Lowe's.
