Everybody has always been nice and helpful. We are lucky, the store is less than a mile from our house. You all are doing a great job.
Amazing service and help! The whole store helped me find what I needed for a special project and they even put it together for me! They went above and beyond to help me out and I couldn't thank them enough!
I wish I could give them more than five stars. I went in there wanting to do a project that was, really, beyond my ability level. Their slogan should be, "Bring us your project and we'll help you bring it to fruition". Anyway, they gathered all of the things that I needed for the project and then, actually, helped me put it together, there. By the way, I wanted to build an obstacle course for my pup. Ordered a wooden vanity with granite top online, came in damaged in 7 different spots. The vanity was huge and was a pain to load hence why we ordered online. We returned it with no issues at the people's Plaza location, bought a new one of a different style because it wasn't sold in stores, came home and lugged it upstairs, open it and voila it's broken as well! The main board holding the cabinets is caved in. Such a disappointment, waste of time, and an inconvenience.
