Home Depot Home Depot has everything one could need for home repairs and remodelling. Even for the simplest little jobs around the house, Home Depot is the place to go for the supplies. This store is huge and there is so much to overwhelm. The staff can direct you to the right departmnet of the store for your needs. Beware of the refund policy Home Depot use to be my favorite place to stop for the do it yourself home projects. Until March of this year, I returned unused flooring and was told it would take six months before my debit card would be credit. In the future I will not use my debit or credit cards when making purchases at Home Depot. Beware!!
Pay by the hour Not a lot of people know about the rental program at Home Depot unless you are in the construction business but you can rent the larger equipment that you need for some projects right here they are easy and make it painless for you to get projects around your home and yard done yourself.
Today I had a large item delivered that I purchased from Home Depot. The delivery person was very rude,nasty, and uncooperative....he left my item at the base of my driveway still on the crate and drove off. I took photos and I have his name. No one should have to go through this. I'm expecting Home Depot to read this, look into this, and take action.
Your store has the WORST customer service!!! Online, in person, unbelievable. And, check your phones once in a while. PLEASE!!!!

RecommendedI got to this location often. Today at approx 3:50 I was in the Garden Center,where a worker had a mask on,but it was below the nose,I was about 10 to 12 ft walking toward him as I was looking garden hose,and he sneezed,not once but twice. What’s the use of having a mask on to protect customers and workers,if it’s not worn properly. I’ll come back to this location when,either Coronavirus leaves of a vaccine is found. I am split 50/50. This is more so regarding the Customer Service Center and billing. After being told my online order was cancelled. ordered 4/8 expected delivery 4/20. Called to cancel 4/28 & rep confirmed she'll cancel. A day later my online update is the order was on it's way to the store. I can't trust my issues will be handled appropriately and I am hesitant about doing further business with them.
Yesterday I went to Home Depot at 2000 Peoples Plaza, Newark DE 19702 and I beyond pissed at this point. I arrived at the store around 11:00am and wanted to make some returns, a total of 7 items around $105.00.
