I purchased a dishwasher on Saturday evening and not a cheap one. My purchase was $890. I have a electrical junction box that is supposed to be shipped with the unit but is missing. I called the store today at least 5 times. I spoke with Trina in Customer Service and she was very helpful as was others in the CS department. Not so of those in appliances. I spent two hours at this store. I returned the next day and spent another hour at their store. Wish I got the employees name I would have turned him into management. He works in the appliance department. Talk to me like he did was ridiculous.
