This store has turned into the local dog park. Over the past few years have been appalled by the number of dogs and lack of concern and attention to customer service. Yesterday went shopping and it sounded like humane society with dogs barking. When I went down an aisle a dog owner was on his phone and the dog was sniffing at people. A couple employees did look down the aisle but did nothing. I have had to wait for customer service for help because they are talking with and feeding dogs treats.

This place is terrible the people are absolutely the worst. One spread rumors about me (don't know this person) that I was a frequent shop lifter and when I found out, I went to the management and they didn't do a thing about it. The few employees that are worth seeing there get treated terribly. I won't be going there ever again and will be sure to tell everyone I know that Lowes is a lot nicer of a place with better deals anyway.

I want to love my local Home Depot. Recently, our washing machine died. We went and the guy with all the badges on his orange apron would not help us. We ordered one online. It was so badly damaged they wouldn’t bring it in the house. We did finally get it. Then the dishwasher died. We went back to Home Depot. Some guy wouldn’t help us, just walked off. So we ended up buying on from Lowes where the guy was very helpful.

We were supposed to pick up a rental truck but someone locked the keys in the truck. HD just said "sorry cant rent the truck" and that's it!!! Fortunately my husband called penske, something that HD should have done, and talked to them about getting their roadside assistance person out there to unlock it. OK, so now we cant get the truck till the am, that's fine. Get the keys for the t... read more
