This store has gone to hell in the past year. For someone who spends on an average of 2000.00 a month for the past 4 years you wouldnt know it by the way they treat you....Im there almost every day for the past 4 years and Today I got told by the manager that shes never seen me in there. Im done shopping here
I don't think I have ever had good customer service at this store. I met the most rude person ever today! They advertise they have certified/qualified vendors to do projects for you. Well I went to the desk to find out if I could hire one that could help me pick out and install a gas stove top in one of my rentals. The person behind the counter acted like I was stupid to ask for that and she was too bothered (probably doing personal stuff on the computer) to help in any way. I don't know why I still go there!!!
floor hardware was missing out of new toilet. went back, they were very friendly and efficient. wish I would have got their names... over the top exceptional service !!!!
Blown away by the lack of knowledge displayed by the entire compliment of employees. Clown shoes.
I love Home Depot. They almost always have what I want or need.
