Great home improvement store. Easy to shop
Excellent customer service!!
Every time I've been here it's a hassle and a waste of my time. I ask an employee where something is and they direct me where to go but then no one will be there to help me, such as cutting lumber. I then have to wander the store again to find another employee, and most of them seem very uneducated in that department and can't even help me with my task.
Went in to buy some painting supplies as the website showed that the items that I was looking for were in stock. Now it is understandable being told that the store is out of stock on an item if the website shows there being one or two of an item in store, BUT when the website shows that there are multiples in stock and still be told by employees that they're out of stock, that just makes them seem like they're too lazy to go and check to make sure the item isn't elsewhere in the store.
