Took a pressure washer in to get warranty work done on it in November, they lost the pressure washer, still waiting for my pressure washer or a refund.
I was there 2 weeks ago and the guys in the garden dept were great! one of the men was from Uganda and was a realy pleasure to work with. I'll be back!!!
Needed pellets to heat our house. They are "out of season" it's 33° out and we just had 15in of snow. I was shocked.
Had a great experience picking up a huge set of French patio doors this afternoon! The two guys who helped load them up and strap them down in our truck were AMAZING! Thanks again guys! I don't know if they will see this but we got the doors home safe and sound thanks to those two! Also the woman in customer service who assisted us in finding our doors was very polite and helpful even though it seemed like the store was super busy! :)
