Purchased a lawn mower. Lawn mower broke and needed repair. Since it was under warranty we were told to take it to tools rental. Did that and was told it was going to take 6-8 weeks to get it back. It’s now been 10+weeks. When I called at 7 weeks they told me it would be ready and I’d get a call when it’s ready. Why will I be spending my $25k in annual materials costs at Lowes, McLendon and Arrow lumber from now on? Because Home Depot doesn't this veterans deserve parking spots. They have 48 spot for disabled people, and exactly 1 for veterans. Gonna enjoy taking this former revenue of yours to your competiotrs who, incidentally, at least pretend to give a crap.
This store is an absolute joke. If you need anything at the contractors desk don’t bother, no one there has a clue how to do anything nor do they make the effort to even figure it out! They have lazy millennials at the desk who don’t care to know anything or even make an effort to find answers. My 55 year old mother who has emphysema and wears oxygen couldn't get any of your lazy workers to help her load EIGHT BAGS OF WET DIRT into a cart at the store OR into her trunk after she paid. They told her no one was available and she could wait. What about the person who told her no one was available? I find it hard to believe someone couldn't walk away for 2 min an load some bags. Call Back ... Standard practice when trying to sell goods & Services!
I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars at the home depot buying merchandise fixing/repairing/remodeling my home. On 5/14/2020 I went to home depot to buy materials to repair my back porch, I live 0.7 miles away (car too small to fit 10 planks of wood), 7 mins walking distance from my home. I was getting $45 dollars of material in lumber. When I requested delivery service, I was told they would charge me $100 dollars to deliver.
