I'm not normally a Home Depot fan, but with the extra poor service we have been getting at Lowes lately, we decided to visit Home Depot anyway. I have to say that we were pleasantly surprised to receive VERY good customer service from Tonja Holley in the appliance department! She was very friendly and very helpful and I'm definitely going to be back for another visit. I hope all employees there treat customer's this way.
Customer service is poor. Along with very poor management.
All registers were down on a Saturday at noon. Not fist problem I've had here, but will be my last. Making the longer drive to their competitors from now on.
Horrible customer service. Management is never to be found.
Was on the plumbing section for 30 mins, helped 2 customers myself. No one would come help me after I asked twice. It's bad when I am in a wheelchair and can help more people than employees.
We LOVE the workshop!! Jasmine (staff) is wonderful with the kids. They look forward to a new project every month.
