I received two emails and a PHONE CALL from HomDepot.com saying my order was here. I venture out while under lock down and totally wasted my time and will risk my health again tomorrow because YEP - they couldn’t find a box with a 12’X5’ piece of vinyl!! What a joke. And the manager acted as if I was being unreasonable for being upset!!!

My husband went to the Home Depot to purchase a door. He learned they offered a service installation but only if you paid to have their technician measure the door. So someone came to our house to measure the door and we paid for the door. An appointment was made for installation, but technician did not come that day. Another appointment was made and while he showed up the “door was not the correct size”. I highly recommend this Home Depot. The customer service is second to none.
We had an amazing experience at the paint counter. The colors were mixed beautifully and efficiently and everything was explained to us in clear detail. The cashier, however, was something else... she sighed at us at least 5 times, tried to ring up 5 different types of paint at the same price because they were the same size, and then tried to shame us for purchasing paint at night. I believe her name was Beverly.
customer service is always grwat
I’m a firm believer in customer service. I went to Lowe’s today and could not even find an employee after walking the whole store. So I left. I came to this location and Ramon in the lumber section immediately acknowledged me. He was quick to help me get the boards I needed cut, while also guiding me to the carpet section and helping me with that issue also. While making sure I didn’t need help with anything else.
