We bought an LG front load washer and dryer at the end of June and it was delivered a few days later but had a small scuff on it. The delivery service noted it and said would see what could be done. We had a few conversations with the store and the delivery service and was told they would get us a gift card or something for the damage. About 3 months went by and just as we were about to give up a $75 check arrived in the mail from LG. I do not go to Home Depot often, but was won over with the customer service I received today. Brantley in the lumber department went above and beyond! He was so helpful and patient and Octavia was a very sweet cashier. Thank you both! � I will definitely be back.
I normally detest Home Depot and Lowe's....(ok I hate Lowes) but I must give props to Alecia. She greeted me this morning, took me to what I needed, and was working the checkout. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. GREAT JOB ALECIA
I took my 3 year old to the kids work shop and it was awesome. I love that they offer something like this for families. The workers were super friendly and it's great that kids can get their hands dirty and stretch their creativity muscles. They even offered snacks and drinks for the kids (probably my sons favorite part tbh) 😂
