Ordered a gate online. UPS tracking says it was delivered on July 11th to the Verona Road store and received by Ben. It's now the 19th and Home Depot still has no idea where it's at. They don't really seem to be trying at all to make things right. Never again.
Great service and overall a fabulous experience went there and came out quick with no issues.
The staff is soo helpful!! They worked hard helping us to find the items we needed, thankful for them.

HORRIBLE experience with "Crew2" installing carpet -- would recommend folks go elsewhere. They showed up at my house a half hour past the target window (this was after multiple calls just trying to see when I could expect them), walked in, didn't like my dogs (2 of the gentlest golden retrievers ever), and then said "Oh, we can't finish this all tonight, this is too much!" Waiting in line at the garden center. One employee ringing one couple out. After standing in line for about 20 minutes, the employer says it might be faster of we all go inside. To the one register at the other end of the store that was open. And this employee couldn't find the very basic wall caps. After a couple minutes I pointed them out. A 40 minute trip that should have taken 10 tops. I won't hurry back here.
WOW, I'm speechless Home Depot.... We ordered a nice grill through your not so customer friendly website. Ordered it on July 2nd. Was given a delivery date around the 7th. Received an email shortly after that the order was complete... One big problem, we never received our grill. My husband calls and the representative was worthless. Couldn't tell him how it was shipped or any other info. pertaining to our order. Now today he talked to the shift supervisor and she was even more worthless than the rep last week... blows my mi... read more
