Delivery driver didn’t deliver fence panels and garden bed yesterday bc they were in poor condition. Stated he would deliver them today before 4. Today, I finally get a hold of an associate (Holly) who states it was never possible to have a delivery by 4 today. If we’re lucky maybe tomorrow or Monday. So now we have dozens of bags of concrete and no where to store them. Poor management, poor communication, and a general lack of understanding and caring for their customers.

As an employ of 18 years, I have felt comfortable with a key component in Home Depot training, "Do the right thing". It guides me during interactions with customers.
No customer service!! No one to check us out!! We will not be back! I will not spend money at a store and not get a minimum of service!!
This place is hell on earth.
My Husband went to this Home Depot to ask about and order a door for his shop. He walks with a cane, so it takes a while to get where he is going. Once he was able to talk to a customer service person, he tried to explain what he was looking for, he was told that they didn't have time to help him in that department and he should go on line and ask his questions. This is how you treat customers!!!! Really!!!! Needless to say he was upset and will not go to Home Depot again.
We did the kids DIY Workshop to make their own fishing game. Gina was super helpful. She was very friendly and cheerful and able to answer any questions we had. I love going there and doing the workshops with the kids especially when you have friendly happy people helping us. Thanks Gina!
Anita was so helpful processing my return, even though I didn’t have the box or receipt (it was a wedding gift). Best customer service ever!
