My favorite home and yard supply stop. Very friendly staff.
Great store. Best one I have been assigned to so far. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The leadership is is very professional. Look forward to assembling for them more.
I'm a merchandise assembly tech at this store from Indiana and this is the best store I ever worked in &&& I've worked many...Staff is helpful, nice, upbeat, and all around great...I see a lot of people complaining about this and that, but these reviews are 3 &&& 4 years old I do believe the management team as well as the associates have changed drastically since then. Being the biggest and busiest store of the only 2 here, you gotta expect it to be somewhat of a wait, but I guess some people don't understand that...SMH I lo... read more
I like the Verona Road location very clean store. Associates are very helpful and I like the selection better then other Home Improvement Stores in our area. I'm looking forward to The Lawn and Garden opening in the spring great selection and low prices. Keep up the good work.
I've never been so upset with customer service. Waited an hour for an in store pickup that I ordered and paid for online. I got an email saying it was ready and it wasn't. Never coming here again.
This store needs to seriously consider one of their assistant managers. I was walking down the main aisle one day and I saw in the corner of my eye Dawn an assistant manager talk down to another associate. Seriously??! No one has the right to talk to another person like that!!
