Garden center checkout ladies were rude/ one did not want dirt on her counter!!! Really- get out of the garden center then! The other lady would not supply me with a tray to hold the veggies thus this is why there was dirt at check out time! Not friendly at all in this beautiful sunny perfect day.
Went in to pick up an order at 9 am. 1130 now and still not ready. Horrible customer service and poor communication within the whole facility.
I will NEVER,EVER shop here again! We came here yesterday late afternoon to pick up stair treads that their website said they had 50 of. There were none on the floor, all of them were in the "overhead". We paid for the 13 that we needed, plus the cost to cut. We were told they would pick them that night and cut them tomorrow (Monday). I went into price match, but apparently they choose if they want to or not. I showed them the sale at Lowe’s (in the south), but apparently they only will match prices in their area. Of course this is not in writing any where that I can find. Miss leading and false advertising!!! Time to call BBB!
I ordered a downspout filter that I needed to pick up at the store (I would recommend carrying these by the way) so I could filter the downspout before burying it. Anyway the item arrived missing a piece - annoying. That being said I tried not to be a jerk and the woman (Alex?) at the service got another one ordered and was good about not keeping me waiting. I wish I had written down the lady in the paint department that helped me yesterday, she was fantastic!
