Terrible window installation team! No communication or accountability to get the job done. 6 months and still not finished with no communication or follow up as to why. It is up to me to chase them down.
I’ve spent hundreds of thousands of dollars there and never had a issue and know most of the employees. But my mother Barbara P. 79 years old and disabled, just had surgery. Went there two days ago at the Clw store to payoff her bill $2700. and the manager was very rude to her and didn’t take her check with no reason .Told her to leave the store rudely!! Who turns away money to pay a bill and is rude to elderly??? I posted it on my FB and her attorney called corporate and they weren’t much help but looking into it within 48 ... read more
Today we're scheduled to have Home Depot install new windows. They JUST called saying they don't have all the pieces, and probably won't be installing today. This is AFTER we moved ALL our furniture already, and took the time off from work etc. WE ARE NOT HAPPY HOME DEPOT!
Dumbest employees ever!!! Asked for Veteran’s discount which I have done numerous times and filled out the paperwork online, showed my FLORIDA drivers license with the “v” on it to which she told me anyone can get that on their license. REALLY???!!! I went through boot camp and served my country overseas, no hunny, you have to earn the “v”.
I have always had a good relationship with Hpme Depot. However recent evrnts with customer service has left me extremely pissed off. I choose to NEVER do business with Home Depot again. I will make it my mission to tell everyone I know how I feel about them as well.
I was there about 630 pm where electric switches are. I asked a very large obese man with a white beard for help. He said he was helping a woman and I would have to wait. A tall thin man of pale complexion asked for help from the obese man. They spoke for 5 minutes. The obese man walked away. He returned 15 minutes later and said “ did you figure it out?” I nodded. Home Depot has a great selection but many of their employees are very unprofessional to put nicely.
Just left this HD and one of the worst I’ve been to. Person in Hardware Dept had no clue what he was doing and Terry H. in Garden Center was extremely rude. Sorry we interrupted your personal conversation with co-worker to check us out. It was very obvious you didn’t want to be there. Your crappy attitude spoke volumes.
