Great store but I saw many people walking around with out masks. As of yesterday in Pinellas county you have to wear a mask in public. Don't contribute to the problem Home depot, stop people coming in without masks.

Try contacting yourself - go to your web page and try to find an email address. There are none. Try the telephone numbers - they wind up with a four or five level phone tree which terminates with a robot explaining I'm talking to a robot. I placed an online order at just after 10 this morning. It's not complicated some bags of dirt and peat, As of just before 6 it's still "being processed." I am trying to fix my mom’s dryer, I needed a part and I ordered it online for curbside pick up. I called for curbside pickup, no answer. I walked up to ask for assistance, the gentlemen up at the outside table seemed confused and although they got me my part, it wasn’t without actually taking my phone in their UNGLOVED hands, they didn’t even have on masks. Home Depot in general is a big business that preaches a lot about customer service but when it comes down to actually serving a customer, they stink. This particular store is the worst I have encountered in the many places I have lived. I do not recommend ever buying anything on line for delivery as the website automatically chooses what venue of delivery you take.
