The customer service at Home Depot specifically this location is an absolute joke. From the inability to help with knowledgeable information on existing to orders to the overall rudeness of the employees it is disgraceful. I have been a HD Pro member for 18 years now and my experience today will end this relationship. I will now happily drive the extra couple miles to their nearest competitor.

I have to wonder what exactly you're thinking over at Home Depot Palm Harbor Florida. We go in there to buy a Dremel saw and every single box is sliced open there's nobody to help anywhere we wanted to get a carpet that we needed to cut right in the front of the store and nobody to help I mean literally no one and then when it's time to bring a couple of smaller things we bought it's all self service was not a human being to deal with. Went to this HD today to pick up a few items and showed my military ID at checkout(State of Fl issued driver's license with Veterans designation) and was told that that was unacceptable at HD. I asked if my DD 214(the holy grail of military ID) would suffice and was told that was not adequate either. WTF, HD? This type of "bait and switch" is not acceptable if you want to keep your Veteran's business especially when Lowe's and Ace are more welcoming.......It may also speak to why your reviews are so low at this location.
