Be aware that if you make a purchase with a gift card and then must return the product that home depot demands to see your state identification or your driver's license even if you have the original receipt. Otherwise no refund. This allows them access to your personal information for no practical reason except to mine data. The policy is not found anywhere on their website and is never disclosed prior to the sale.
No military discount on check out yesterday at Home Depot after showing valid retired ID. You should be ashamed Josephine. Also today military discount doesn't apply at Pro Desk???? I'm not a contractor. I spent $500 today. I'll be going to Lowes from now on. No hassle military discount and a big thank you for your services from ALL the cashiers
I wanted to personally thank every employee, especially Jake Johannsen, the managers, hazel nobleton for bestowing such kindness to me.. I am the hotdog lady on your premises and I suffered an unimaginable loss of my only daughter being murdered in August. Although I'm not an employee.... We have had to visit HD so many times in the last month, since we just bought a new house. On our last visit we bought hardware to install closet shelving and when we got home a few hours later we realized that the support racks were missing. We called HD and told them which register it was at, and the cashier said she did not see anything left behind, though we were transferred from dept to dept over and over again, they said to just come in and they will give us another pack.
