Ordered custom blinds from Home Depot in Palm Harbor recently. First the associate charges my credit card the incorrect amount, so I had to go back to get another copy of paperwork reflecting the correct information. My blinds were expected to be delivered to my home on 05/25/19 and still nothing. I attempt to call them and get absolutely nowhere after 5 minutes. I will now have to go back to the store AGAIN to get answers. Absolutely a waste of my time and terrible customer service!
I am not paying a restocking fee on everything I have to return. I don’t know when u started this but I will not shop there any more.
Purchased a washer dryer set this week. Would highly recommend speaking to Kam! She was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient as I shopped. The third party delivery company Ralph’s Transfer service was also amazing! On time, friendly, efficient! Installed everything and even gave instructions on first time use. Couldn’t be more pleased!
Excellent store, very clean
To the people that helped me tonight was incredible. I went in to replace my grates on my grill but couldn't"t find universal one that fit mine. They called the factory and spent much of their time. Outcome they gave me the grill grates off a showroom floor model. Much appreciation to floor help in garden center and to floor manager. Top notch service and I will be back soon with future purchases. Thank you for helping.
