Raymond in paint was awesome and Ajoni at the register was the icing on the cake! Wonderful customer service!
Girl working the front desk seemed to hate her job and gave too much attitude. I let her know I called ahead and I was told my tools were up there and should be ready. She complained about another coworker whom I have met several times, and he has always been very pleasant. She was not professional at all. Other than that I love this place.
Sad to find out that although Home Depot is generous enough to advertise that they offer a Military discount, they will not honor said discount all the time. Tried to buy kitchen appliances for our home and was told we could not apply the Military discount -- which would have made the appliances more expensive than seen advertised elsewhere. This place should be closed down, customer care sucks
When you need somebody you can never find nobody but their prices are good
I was told there was plenty of board on board fence panels there, I go there to pick them up & they have none. I spoke with the Manager about it & told her I just paid $50.00 for someone to help me get them. She told me they would send me a gift card for all my problems, never heard from them!!! I spend on average $1000.00 a month there, it's easily solved, I'll take my business to Lowes!!
Went to that store to buy a water heater, after waiting 45 minutes for help, well, nobody show up. I ask for help to three "associates", of course none of them couldn't help. So I went back to "CUSTOMER CARE" counter to ask again for help and they told me that they call somebody but didn't show up, she didn't know what was the problem. So I WENT TO LOWES and was in and out in 15 minutes. GREAT SERVICE HOME DEPOT OF RIVERVIEW, YOU LOST A CUSTOMER!
