I’ve asked 4 associates for help in seasonal. No one knows anything. They have directed me to others who also know nothing or disappear. Half the lights in the parking lot are out. And the service desk wasn’t helpful either. Employees half wearing masks. Lowe’s it is.
This store is pure trash. I have spent thousands of dollars with Home Depot but I will never step foot into it again. Nice little scam that you are doing.

Your corporate exchange and return policy caused me to have to drive back and forth twice to get all my Receipts because I was told I was denied returns.. When I came back with all the receipts I was turned away again because I had used store credit to purchase items I was returning. This new policy really makes it hard for people.
