Home Depot is managed by folks with a common sense head for their customers and their new customers to be. It is a refreshing place to shop.
Your corporate exchange and return policy caused me to have to drive back and forth twice to get all my Receipts because I was told I was denied returns.. When I came back with all the receipts I was turned away again because I had used store credit to purchase items I was returning. This new policy really makes it hard for people. Thanks for causing me hardship in my business ventures and affecting my livelihood. I just tried calling and can't get anyone to answer...17 mins on hold thru automated system and there is NO WAY they have that many people calling at 9pm...they are open till 10pm & I simply want customer service...this is very REDICULOUS!!!
Do not buy any extended warranty insurance! They will take FOREVER to repair your product!!!
