Store #0245 Bought a new washer and dryer delivery never showed up I called they didn’t even care I took the day off to wait for them. I called the store the Manager was not helpful. Thanks home depot I have to cancel a flight tomorrow to wait for appliances another day. 2 grand now cost me 4 grand. so un-professional and careless I will NEVER use Home Depot again.
Decent store-very busy and a bit unorganized due to hurricane preparedness, but friendly and helpful employees and they had what we needed!
Agin someone said they would get me some help and agin at that location I stood and no help ever showed up it’s kinda funny how they have plenty of people to hustle you for roofs water treatment cabinets ac checks but never a dammm associate to help you

After breaking two windows this is what they left us. Not a good job
THEE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I was scheduled to to get my delivery today between 12:30 - 4:30 PM . Never happened. Called the store and was put on hold for 32 minutes before I got the asst. store manager on phone and had to explain the reason for my call for the 4th time. Of course she said she will call me Back after she finds out why I didn’t get my appliance... guess what??? I am still waiting for the call
MORE HELPFUL HERE THEN IN NEW JERSEY - THATS FOR SURE
