I think the store is nice and well put-together could not find anyone to help us for close to two hours we stood and waited and finally I helped myself. This comes after I finally convinced somebody to use the Home Depot instead of Lowe's and he will never go back again. When he was complaining that had to wait so long one of the store associates called him a faggot. Caused me to lose my job with him and cost me about $1,500 job.
I have shopped at this Home Depot for many many years. It is convenient to where my mom's lives, they normally have everything I need in stock. The prices are reasonable and I love their online service and pick up at the store process. Quick, Easy & Simple In & Out. This has been my favorite place every since my husband and I purchased our home. Huge selection and friendly staff.
Veterans need to go to Lowes, where they take care of veterans - equally. Left a 1600 dollar purchase at the register and went to lowes when I found out they only honor certain "types" of Veterans. Store manager was rude about it as well. Trash
What my BFF wrote on our behalf this evening to Home Depot: Tonight was supposed to be a do-it-herself workshop at the Wichita, Kansas 67205 store. I am writing because it such an utter disappointment that I can not even believe what happened. First, we arrive and ask the women standing at the door when the workshop will take place. I went in there twice tonight. The first time, we were greeted by every employee that came near us. Very friendly place. We then came back because no one else had the ceiling fan variety like you guys do. I had no idea you guys had cats that roamed around. Two were at customer service and it just melted my heart. So not only were your employees great, but the furry friends were friendly too. :)
