I purchased a $1000 range that has broken 4 times now in a year. I asked for a replacement since it is constantly breaking (assuming I just got a lemon) and they refuse to do anything. I purchased the 5 year protection plan and they told me they would refund the $100 and some that I paid for the protection plan but that's all they would do. They refuse to cover it. I will never shop with them again!
Huge shout out to the employees at this store for donating some scrap wood for a classroom project! I made this box for less than $3!! I will come back for all of my future projects!
We found everything we needed. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. 10/10 will go again.
So I’m waiting to get a propane tank exchange and I’m waiting and then the customer service tells me the managers are all in a meeting and there’s only one set of keys. Managers you suck
Store used to have great customer service, I spend a lot of money in there yearly, of late your customer service sucks, been trying to get a quote for some new windows, fat chance of that, Friday I stopped by to pay on my account, your customer service people were the worst I've seen by far, acted like it was a bother to handle the transaction, rushed through the transaction , I usually have a receipt e-mailed to me for my records, your employee made my choice for me, in short clean up your act or loose my business
