Horrible experience
Came in today trying to get some materials for a snake rack. All of the women I talked to were super helpful and immediately gave me the info or found me the person I needed to work with. Tried talking to several men and they just kind of wondered off. Wasn't sure if they were looking for the person I asked about or just going about their business. Randy helped me so much when I was trying to make a wooden tip jar for my husband for his singing gigs. I had a plan in my mind but soon came to realize that it wasn't feasible. He helped me come up with a back up plan. I would have walked out with no plan and no wood if not for him. Thank you Randy! You're a lifesaver.
after being a Home Depot charge card holder for 10+ years I'm done. they were supposed to deliver a refrigerator today but refused. Said I had to mop the kitchen floor first so that their dolly wouldn't get dirty. Are you kidding me? First the floor wasn't that bad. Second a DOLLY? that they wheel over pavement and dirt to get to the house in the first place? Thanks to Sean in Garden Center for taking the time assisting me this eve. Also, to the older gentleman in paint (didn't catch his name) that took me around the store to find what I was looking for, when another rep couldn't assist. Sean was about to go to lunch after loading an 18 wheeler, but delayed his lunch to help me and give a good suggestion to rid Asian Beetles.
It's my favorite store.,I love HOME DEPOT so much,Im a associate of them now, I'm a HOME DEPOT CHAMPION ....GREAT company, & GREAT SERVICE.
One of my favorite Home Depot! Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff! Pet-friendly which is a plus (Even spoils them with treats!!!). We love going where our entire family is welcome and getting the quality service as well.
