I have been doing curb side pick ups during this entire epidemic. I truly appreciate the essential workers. However today is a bit much to understand. 4:19 - call store for curb side pick-up, was told it would be our time “shortly”. 4:49 - go in store to see where items are as phone is ringing non stop. Was told they were coming “right now” with it. 4:55 - associate (4 other customers have come and left) asked it i had been helped yet...explained situation 5:09...still waiting 5:12 - was finally assisted by a wonderful lady ... read more

CUSTOMER SERVICE 0/10 CUSTOMER SERVICE. WAITED FOR OVER AN HOUR IN CURBSIDE PICK-UP. TOLD TWO PEOPLE MY ORDER NUMBER AND WAS IGNORED. WENT TO THE FRONT DOOR AND WAS TOLD “SORRY THEY MUST HAVE WENT TO LUNCH” I AM APPALLED.

Was pretty cool. Had a bouncer at the front door. I was on the list and there was no cover charge. Velcro Pygmies were the band playing in appliances and they had Ward Davis doing acoustic sets in plumbing. Frank Ortega was between landscaping and drywall. Love it. had a great time. #justlikestudio54

Ordered 7 day carpet, GUARANTEED install within 7 days of carpet being in stock. 2 weeks after the carpet was in stock I waited all day when they were coming to install. They never showed. Now we will take another day off work to wait on carpet people who probably won’t come. This has been a tremendously horrible experience. We have had to contact the store more than 10-15 times for various reasons throughout this process. Please don’t order carpet from here. The customer service is terrible. The urgency is zero. We just purchased a ton of tile. It was extremely heavy and cumbersome for my husband to get to. I was unable to help due to a recent surgery. Your awesome employee Andy came out of nowhere and helped us load 24 boxes of the heaviest tile. Because we had two carts, one with wood and trim and the cart with the tile, Andy pushed the heaviest cart to the checkout counter and then to our truck. He also helped my husband load every bit of what we purchased in our truck! Of course we told him how much we appreciate him, but I thin... read more

Tonight our power went out and my daddy is on 8 liters of oxygen and only had 1 small reserve tank. In a panic I went to Home Depot to buy a generator. To the wonder employee that was getting off work(pretty sure he was off the clock) but took the time to help me and help me load it. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. To the two hateful, rude women working the cash register that were “put out “ that I was there in my PJ’s at closing time....I was there to buy a generator to keep my daddy alive. He had 1 hr of oxygen left... read more
