I just called the Hoover (Galleria) store at 9:15am to make an appointment with a kitchen cabinet associate. I was transferred and someone picked the phone up and immediately put me on hold. I stayed on hold for FIVE minutes before finally hanging up. Called the store back and no one would answer. I was perpetually in a "thank you for calling" loop. You need to pull Vigo sinks from your inventory. Yhey are too fragile for even minimal use. Ours chipped the first day we used it. $250 lost. And we have two of these sinks.

Took 2 months to get a door, my flooring was not delivered on time, delivery truck driver actually drive off with me delivery leaving me standing in my driveway on hold with the store & didn't come back for an hour, completely terrible customer service & good luck trying to get a hold of the store manager

I went into the store Wednesday morning August 30, 2017. We are selling a house and the lighting was terrible. I had over 30 Can lights to buy and dozens of other random sizes needed. I thought I had a pretty good grasp of what I needed in LED replacements until an older gentleman in that department helped me find the best deals and was incredibly insightful. I usually go to Home Depot for all home repairs, but bathroom renovation? Please reconsider your contract with ReBath. Never got my detailed invoice and that's very untrustworthy because I don't see $6300 worth. Home Depot can do better than ReBath. I left a review on their Lorna Road location complete with photos.
