About 2 weeks ago I ordered blinds from the Freeport store. Someone measured last week and I just got a call from the salesman telling he lost my order. It's not in his computer and I need to come in and start over. Of course it is impossible to get through by phone. I have now been disconnected 3 times!
I went to Homedepot this morning and I am not really a fan of Homedepot, because there is nobody around to help you until today. This worker named Yoland. I hope I spelled his name right, was the most helpful person I have ever met at a Homedepot store. OMG! He helped me to my car with my garbage can, mind you I had my 1 year old with me so his help was truly valued. I had to get my house key cut so he walked back with me to cut my key. I went looking for a cleavis pin which should have been in their special fasteners drawers. Those drawers were a mess and items were scattered among all of the bins. I saw the same thing in the woodside queens store, so it seems home dump needs to spend some time on cleanup. I went my local home center in bellmore and their selection was well organized and stocked and I had what I needed in a minute.
